We consistently update our Facebook and Instagram pages with all of our work.  Take a second to browse and see if there is a certain stylist's work you think would be a good fit.  Every member of our team comes from a different background with a wonderful story and perspective.  Check them out in our Artisan profile section.

Know your "Hairstory"

Your hair history is important for us to know in order to properly serve your requests.  Do you have existing hair color, perm, relaxer, pre-existing scalp or hair conditions?  Make sure you know this information at the time of your consultation or appointment.

Give us a Call

It is most efficient to speak to you.  To make your appointment, we require a few questions that will be used to guide you to the best time and stylist for your appointment.  Unfortunately we do not use online booking or book through email, text, or messenger.

We Guarantee all Services

Need a tweak on a color or cut?  You have 7 days to let us know.  We want you to be thrilled about your service, so we will get you in as soon as possible to make sure we get it the way you want it. We strongly suggest you follow the stylist's recommendation of products in order to secure that you will have a long lasting color and preserve the integrity of the health of your hair.

Some appointments may require a Contract or Consultation

If you are booking an on or off-site service such as a wedding, photoshoot, make-up application, etc., the stylist may require a contract and deposit. Check out our Bridal and Make-up Menu for more info.  If you are booking an extensive color, facial treatment, or hair extensions, our stylists and estheticians may require a consultation and contract in order to perform the service.

We do have a Cancelation Policy

In order to best serve you and other guests we do require that you give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.  Per the stylist's discretion, you may be required to pay a deposit on future appointments if 48 hour notice is not obtained.  In severe cases of habitual cancellations you may be placed on walk-in only basis; all deposits and policies may be waived by the stylist at any time.
